Due to the nature of our products being custom-made to your measurements, fabric selection, and folding system, all curtain orders are final and non-refundable.

We take great care to ensure product quality. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@perde-online.com with clear photos and order details. We will assess the issue and arrange a solution, which may include a replacement if eligible.
Shipping & Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping provider directly. We are not responsible for shipping delays once the product has been dispatched from our facility.
