Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Any applicable customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Production of custom-made curtains usually takes 3–5 working days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • 1–2 days within Kosovo

  • 3–7 business days for international orders
    You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept all major payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and Paysera. Payments are processed securely using encrypted connections to protect your data. Cash on delivery may also be available for local orders within Kosovo.

How do I place an Order?

To place an order, simply select your curtain model, enter your desired measurements, choose a folding system, and add the product to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout and complete the payment. If you have any special requirements or questions, feel free to contact us before ordering.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Since all curtains are made-to-order, we begin processing your request shortly after it’s placed. If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us immediately. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save your details for future purchases, and access exclusive offers.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to monitor the delivery progress through our courier partner’s website.

How Can I Return a Product?

Since our curtains are custom-made to your specifications, returns are not accepted unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos and your order number.
